Our Take

Earning 50,000 bonus Atmos Rewards points with a loan is a great incentive to use Rate. However, when you consider that you're going to be spending hundreds of thousands (if not more) on the purchase of a new house, $1,170 in Atmos Rewards points is a drop in the bucket.
