Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite members and above can earn 3,000 bonus points per night, up to 12,000 bonus points per stay. To qualify, you'll need to register and book by November 13, 2026, spend at least $1,500 in qualifying charges, and complete your stay by March 31, 2027.

Elite members can earn 3,000 bonus points per night — up to 12,000 points per stay
Marriott Homes & Villas' latest promotion offers 3,000 bonus points per night on qualifying home rental stays, up to 12,000 bonus points per stay.
However, this offer is limited to Marriott Bonvoy elite members. You must have Silver Elite status or higher when you register and maintain elite status through completion of your qualifying stay.
Here are the key details:
- Booking window: October 5–November 13, 2026
- Stay window: October 7, 2026–March 31, 2027
- Minimum stay: Two consecutive nights
- Minimum spend: $1,500 in qualifying charges per stay
- Eligibility: Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite members and above
- Registration required: Yes, by November 13, 2026
Since you'll earn 3,000 bonus points per qualifying night, the bonus works out as follows:
- Two nights: 6,000 bonus points
- Three nights: 9,000 bonus points
- Four or more nights: 12,000 bonus points
That means there's no additional promotional bonus for staying longer than four nights.
The $1,500 minimum spend applies only to qualifying charges. Taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services don't count toward that requirement.
You'll need to pay for your stay by credit card. Award stays — including bookings where you redeem points for only part of the stay — aren't eligible.
The promotional bonus comes on top of the base points and elite bonus points you'd otherwise earn. Bonus points should appear in your Marriott Bonvoy account within 72 hours after completing an eligible stay.

Our Take
Marriott Homes & Villas' latest promotion is more limited than most of its recent offers, since you'll need Marriott Bonvoy elite status to participate. But eligible members can earn a decent points boost on an upcoming vacation rental.
A two-night qualifying stay earns 6,000 bonus points, while four nights unlock the maximum 12,000-point bonus. That makes four-night stays the sweet spot if you're trying to maximize this promotion, since additional nights won't earn any more promotional points.
The biggest limitation is the $1,500 minimum spend — especially since taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, and other extras don't count toward that threshold. We wouldn't recommend spending more solely to trigger the bonus.
If an eligible Homes & Villas rental already makes sense for your trip, though, the bonus points stack with the base and elite bonus points you'd otherwise earn.
As always, compare the total cost — including cleaning and booking fees — with similar rentals available elsewhere. Marriott doesn't directly manage the homes in this program; it connects travelers with third-party property management companies, so quality and service can vary from one property to another.
