If you have multiple Chase credit cards that earn Ultimate Rewards, it is important to combine the points earned on each card. This allows you to maximize the value received from all of your rewards. The reason you want to combine your points is that the value of an individual point and its redemption options are limited by the credit card with which it is associated.
So, how do you combine your rewards? And which Chase card should you combine your rewards onto? Read on for our advice.

How Much Are Chase Ultimate Rewards Worth?
Simply put, Chase Ultimate Rewards are really valuable. Based on recent AwardWallet user redemptions, Chase Ultimate Rewards points are worth 1.95¢ apiece when redeemed through Chase's transfer partners.
If you use your points to book through the Chase Travel portal, the value of your points will vary depending on the card you redeem your rewards from. Here's a by-card breakdown of what your points are worth when you book through Chase Travel:
Card | Point Value when Booking Travel Through Chase Travel | Points Transferrable to Travel Partners |
---|---|---|
Sapphire Reserve for Business℠ (Rates & Fees) | Up to 2¢ (depending on the specific redemption) | Yes |
Chase Sapphire Reserve® (Rates & Fees) | Up to 2¢ (depending on the specific redemption) | Yes |
Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card (Rates & Fees) | Up to 1.75¢ (depending on the specific redemption) | Yes |

Ink Business Cash® Credit Card (Rates & Fees) | 1¢ | No |
Ink Business Premier® Credit Card (Rates & Fees) | 1¢ | No |
At the very least, you should get 1 cent per point from your Ultimate Rewards points. That's the rate at which you can cash out points for a statement credit.
