Priority Pass offers way more than just airport lounge access; eligible memberships also grant savings at restaurants, free spa treatments, and even complimentary indoor golf. And if you fancy a massage before your flight, Be Relax spas is part of Priority Pass. That means eligible members can enjoy a short massage as a member benefit. Priority Pass members can now visit a Be Relax spa at 11 airports across the U.S. and Canada.

Here's a roundup of all the Be Relax spas you can access with a Priority Pass membership.

Priority Pass Benefits at Be Relax Spas

Be Relax is a chain of spas in airports worldwide, from Los Angeles (LAX) to Dubai (DXB). Travelers can receive various services, such as back, hand, and foot massages. Some massages are performed by a masseuse, while others offer access to a massage chair. Available services, hours, and restrictions vary by location.

Priority Pass members can choose between several massage options. Other than the 30-minute Be Back massage, these are unique services only available to Priority Pass members. The current services available are as follows:

  • Be Back: 30-minute Lounger Massage (a US$39 value)
  • Be Back: 15-minute Lounger Massage plus aromatherapy & O2 (a US$38 value)
  • Polish change and hand massage: (a US$38 value)
  • Be Feet: 10-minute foot massage plus aromatherapy & O2 (a US$44 value)

Long-term Be Relax patrons may note that the “Head Up” massage was replaced by a “Polish Change and Hand Massage” for Priority Pass members. Be Uplifted, Head Up, Be Relax, Be Up, Absolute Massage, and all other health services and treatments are not part of the Priority Pass membership. You can get these services, but you would need to pay separately.

Priority Pass members are responsible for any additional charges incurred. I recommend tipping for your complimentary massage, as you would at any other spa, but only if the massage was delivered by a masseuse or masseur. If the massage is performed by a machine, there's no reason to tip.

Complimentary drinks are included but are limited to water and tea. Complimentary luggage storage is available during your massage.

Be Relax Spas Not in the Priority Pass Network

In November 2024, Be Relax opened its newest spa in Terminal D of the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas. However, as of January 2025, this spa is still not part of the Priority Pass network.

Additionally, no spas in the Middle East and Southeast Asia are part of the Priority Pass network. That includes spas in the following cities:

  • Doha, Qatar
  • Muscat, Oman
  • Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Dubai, UAE
  • Changi, Singapore
  • Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Should You Use Your Priority Pass Membership at “Be Relax” Spas?

If you have a limited Priority Pass membership, visiting a Be Relax Spa with your Priority Pass counts as one of your lounge visits. If you only have the Standard plan, you'll pay $35 for your Be Relax visit (plus the $99 for your Priority Pass membership). You're not saving much by using your pass for the spa.

However, if you have one of the higher Priority Pass memberships (Standard Plus or Prestige), your Be Relax treatment will count as one of your free lounge visits and, therefore, is well worth it. Priority Pass Select is a perk of several credit cards (just note that enrollment is likely required). However, it's worth noting that while many credit cards offer Priority Pass memberships, not all can be used at spa locations.

For instance, Priority Pass memberships through Amex cards exclude “non-lounge experiences” by default. Some “experiences” — like Minute Suites — are still available to Amex cardmembers, though Be Relax spas seem to be excluded.

Likewise, Capital One eliminated access to “non-lounge airport experiences” for select cardholders. In the FAQ, Capital One specifically states that “restaurants, bars, spas, gaming, and cafes” are no longer part of the lounge benefit.

Our Take

As a professional Thai massage therapist, I can vouch for the benefits of getting a massage and O2 treatment before a flight. If you experience physical discomfort on flights, I highly recommend getting a massage. That's a great benefit of a Priority Pass membership.

Over time, we have seen the number of Be Relax spas available to Priority Pass holders increase from 6 to 20 and back down to 16. Be Relax Spas abroad in Kuala Lumpur, Changi, Muscat, Doha, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai are unavailable to Priority Pass members. We'll see if that changes in the future, but it's great that more companies are getting on board with Priority Pass.
