Choice Privileges released its latest round of Choice Sweet Spot Rewards. This relatively new promotion offers discounted award night stays of up to 25% off at select locations.
During this promotion, reward nights will set you back 10,000–35,000 points per night at participating properties. The offer is valid for stays through November 30, 2024. Here's how you can nab these deals for up to 25% the typical number of Choice points.

Sweet Spot Rewards Participating Hotels
Similar to previous versions of this promotion, only a limited number of Choice properties are taking part — 26 to be precise. This time around, a couple of European properties are available in addition to the ones in North America. Participating properties span eight different Choice Hotel brands, ranging from high-end properties to midscale and economy properties.

Maximizing This Choice Sweet Spots Promotion
This iteration of the Choice Privileges Sweet Spot promotion is not as lucrative as some we have seen. First, the discount rates aren't as significant as before, with the largest on offer being 25%. The way the promotion is spread out amongst the properties also means that the cents per point value of the promotion is not as good as before.
Take, for instance, the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Port Canaveral, FL. A one-night stay will set you back from 25,000 points per night.
A similar night stay at the property can cost you up to $288 per night.
Crunching the numbers works out at a value of 1.15 cents per point. Although that is not outstanding value, it is still substantially better value and nearly double the 0.6¢ value that AwardWallet members typically get from their Choice Privileges points.
Our Take
This fall’s offering from Choice falls short of the mark and is one of the least generous sweet spot promotions we have seen. A maximum discount of 25% is less than half of the 52% offered in the previous version of the promotion.
Digging a little deeper into the value of the promotion, it struggles, in many cases, to beat a return of one cent per point, which is hardly worth writing home about. That said, some discounts are better than no discounts this fall.
