Capital One has added a statement credit towards TSA Pre✓ or Global Entry as a benefit to holders of the Capital One® Venture® Rewards Credit Card as of June 12, 2018. Depending on the program you will receive (actual cost of enrollment) the following statement credit:
- $100 rebate on Global Entry enrollment fee
- $85 rebate on TSA Pre✓ enrollment fee
Cards with Enrollment Credits
There are many credit cards that provide a statement credit towards the cost of enrollment in TSA Pre✓. These include some of the premium cards on the market like the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, The Platinum Card® from American Express (Terms Apply), and the Citi Prestige® Card. The frequency of the statement credit varies with each card but is typically every 4 to 5 years.
The addition of a rebate is a great addition to the Capital One Venture, which already has an impressive list of perks and benefits. On top of the 50,000-mile signup bonus after meeting minimum spending requirements, the Capital One Venture card earns 2X on everything else, and through January 2020 earns an impressive 10X on booking through Hotels.com.
