Choice Privileges just expanded its latest round of Choice Sweet Spot Rewards. This relatively new promotion offers heavily discounted award night stays with up to 40% off at select locations. During this promotion, reward nights will set you back 8,000–25,000 points per night at participating properties. The offer is valid for stays through November 30, 2023. Here's how you can nab these deals for half the number of points.

Sweet Spot Rewards Participating Hotels
Similar to previous versions of this promotion, only a limited number of Choice properties are taking part — 34 to be precise. This time around, a couple of European properties are available, in addition to the ones in North America. Participating properties span seven different Choice Hotel brands, ranging from high-end properties to midscale and economy properties.
Choice Privileges acquired Radisson Americas on July 18, 2023. Since then, it updated its sweet spot awards list to add five Radisson properties.

Boosting Your Choice Privileges Points Balance

Maximizing the Promotion
If you are strategic with your planning, there is some awesome value to be had with this promotion. Take, for instance, the Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago. A two-night weekend stay in August will set you back 24,000 Choice Privileges points or 12,000 Citi ThankYou Points. That's just 6k points per night.
The same booking would cost you a whopping $519.98 or $259.99 per night.
If you have a healthy balance of Choice Privileges points, redeeming 24,000 points for a $519.98 stay provides outstanding value and works out to 2.17 per point. That is more than three and a half times the 0.6¢ value that AwardWallet members typically get from their Choice Privileges points.
Our Take
The latest Choice Privileges Sweet Spot Rewards release is as good — if not better — as the previous one! Not only are there some international destinations included, but the discounts are substantial across the board. Of the 34 properties on the list, 27 are discounted by over 30%, with many discounted by 40%. Maximizing the promotion, you can save a bundle this fall, especially on properties featuring heavier discounts!
