Our Take
As a wellness fanatic and Thai massage therapist, I love this meditation promotion. With everything that's happened around the world this year, encouraging people to relax and do a meditation session to get some bonus Hyatt points is an awesome idea.
To celebrate Hyatt's third annual Global Day of Gratitude, they have also asked that members visit hyatt.com/gratitude and send a gratitude note to some important in their lives. The Gifts of Gratitude website will be open year-round.

These points just posted to my account in the last 24 hrs, if anyone was waiting for them to appear.
Thank you so much for sharing this!
Very useful info to planning next vacations.
Got the email about it Monday. Good. I was thinking of buying a cup of coffee or something when I expect to be near a participating Hyatt in March or so to extend my miles expiration. Now I don’t have to.
Thanks for posting this….
Just did the unwind exercise and I feel less stressed already.
Good timing with the holiday approaching and Covid stressing us all!
Thank you so much for sharing this! 500 easy bonus points!!
Thanks for this post. I read about it a few days ago on some US blogs but were not sure if the offer was meant to be for US members or worldwide. I have done all three exercises. Fingers crossed that 500 points will be in the account in due course, useful to extend the balance in Hyatt account as it has been difficult to travel (flights or hotels) the last 12 months and maybe another 12 months 🙁
You can extend the deadline of the Hyatt balance with this promotion?
I opened the Hyatt app — immediately saw the notice for the 500 pts, clicked it, but then it took me to a browser page w/ an error message. So I went back to the app, selected a meditation exercise–hopefully it will record it.
Perfect, I just did it. Thanks
Super Easy 500 points ! It’s good to see Hyatt rewarding its members to promote healthy habits.
So you have to subscribe to Headspace first correct?
Nope! You can do the session right in the Hyatt app. The Headspace subscription trial is just another part of the partnership.
The promo says this should be done “within the World of Hyatt app,” but I don’t see any way to get to the meditation exercises without downloading the Headspace app 🙁 Am I missing something??
I’d recommend trying it again. You should be able to do it right in the app. For me, it’s showing up right on the home screen of the Hyatt app.
It’s good to see Hyatt promoting mental health and well-being
I think, the best offer for christmas
The best offer for christmas
I just completed the “reflect” exercise. I might try the “sleep” exercise tonight. I appreciate Hyatt providing these for people though I appreciate the 500 points even more! That has put me in a good mood.
This is a nice way for Hyatt to reward its members and also to promote good health for everyone.
I completed the guided meditation, but sadly I don’t see any mention of 500 points anywhere in the app. Do I need to register for this in advance?
I just went through the process myself and noticed that there’s no mention of the points either. No worries though. The T&C doesn’t say anything about registering. You should expect to get the 500 points deposited in the next few weeks (hopefully sooner!)
Perfect! I’m right at the cusp of an award night and this 500 points will put me over the edge for points! Thanks!
super easy 500 points
This promotion reminds me of a similar AMEX promotion.
Well I went straight to the app! lol! I have completed a meditation and I hope to see the points later. I love that Hyatt has this. I like Hyatt. I fall under the people who like Hyatt more because they have this one their app and partner with Exhale. I just read that they are planning more hotels in Europe too. So maybe as Hyatt gets more hotels I will be switching loyalty to them. I don’t stay more often with them mainly because they do not have hotels where I stay.
Thanks for this. I actually completed all three sessions, pretty interesting and useful tips!
