Holiday Inn Club Vacations is the IHG platform where members can earn a chunk of bonus points on a three-night package that costs under $250. Remember that you'll have to attend a two-hour timeshare presentation, but that shouldn't be a problem for most members. Here are the details of this offer.
IHG Holiday Inn Club Vacations Promotions
There are 28 Holiday Inn Club Vacations locations around the U.S. These IHG resorts are where IHG One Rewards members can buy a timeshare — a stake in the property that gives owners a designated amount of time they can stay there each year. Timeshares range in price from $5,750 to $151,390.
Promotion for 3-night packages and 10,000 bonus points
A current promotion at some Holiday Inn Vacation Club locations lets you experience the timeshares and attend a sales presentation before buying/becoming a timeshare owner. There are two options. One is a three-night stay at a nearby hotel for $199. The other is a three-night stay at the resort itself for $249. These prices don't include taxes or resort fees. Part of the stay will be a timeshare presentation lasting up to two hours, but that is the only commitment. After attending the presentation, members earn 10,000 bonus points. And you're welcome to say “no” at the end of the offer without losing your discounted stay or the bonus points.

Members have 12 months from the date of booking to travel and attend the presentation. You can change your dates for a rebooking fee of $19.95. There are also peak-season dates, which cost another $29 per night for hotel stays and $49 per night for resort stays. Bookings include up to four people.
If the member does not attend the timeshare presentation, they will be charged the full price of the package. The normal rates for these packages are around $840 for hotel stays and $1,030 for resort stays. There are some limitations on who can attend the timeshare, and you don't want to be disqualified after your arrival.

Qualifications for the package and presentation
- Must be gainfully employed and not in bankruptcy at the time of the presentation, including an annual household income of at least $50,000.
- Must be at least 25 years old, and any spouse must be at least 21 years old.
- Members can only book these packages once every 12 months and only three packages in their lifetime.
- Employees of a timeshare company or hotel are ineligible.
- Married couples must attend the presentation together.
- This package is only available to solo or couple travelers. Groups are not eligible.
$100 cash back promotion
Interestingly, there's another promotion members can take advantage of if they prefer to earn cash back instead of points. Through May 17, 2026, IHG members can book one of the above packages at any timeshare location and receive $100 cash back after attending the presentation. Resorts for this promotion are the same as the three-night stay promotion above, plus Scottsdale, Arizona.

Other offers
We previously saw a short-lived offer for 50,000 bonus points at some locations. Timeshare companies are known for matching offers or providing a better deal if you simply call and ask. It may be worth calling 800-353-1966. to inquire about other (better) offers before booking your package.
Our Take
These are some great packages for IHG members to take advantage of, as long as they're willing to sit through a one- or two-hour timeshare presentation. In fact, 50,000 IHG points are worth more than $249, so you'd come out ahead — assuming you can get that offer. However, 10,000 IHG points are worth less than $75, so do the math since travel and other fees are separate.
