Did you know that you can easily find out when any account was last updated? Click the + sign next to the account and review the “Last successful update” date.

  • On some of my family member’s accounts, the next account update states: ‘Turned off’ and then when I hover over that text I get a tool tip stating:

    ‘Unfortunately it is not feasible to turn background updating on for this account. Please update this account by pressing the ‘update’ button.’

    My own accounts for the same airline/hotel don’t have that issue. Why are these turned off? How isn’t it feasible to do the same thing that happens on my own accounts?
