Did you know that when you delete a travel segment from your Trips timeline, we simply hide it, so that it doesn't automatically import again. If you ever wish to recover that segment, click Show Deleted Segments.

    On some of my family member’s accounts, the next account update states: ‘Turned off’ and then when I hover over that text I get a tool tip stating:

    ‘Unfortunately it is not feasible to turn background updating on for this account. Please update this account by pressing the ‘update’ button.’

    My own accounts for the same airline/hotel don’t have that issue. Why are these turned off? How isn’t it feasible to do the same thing that happens on my own accounts?
