Wyndham Rewards has announced a promo giving you 15,000 points after staying two nights. 15,000 points are enough for a free night at any Wyndham property (all properties cost the same number of points), but keep in mind you're limited to one free night per Wyndham Rewards account.

Options For Stays

While Wyndham has some great pricing for award stays, there are some better options available within the Wyndham program, especially at tourist-heavy destinations. Endless Vacation Rentals (EVR) is part of Wyndham, and you can book a stay at a timeshare.

If you are looking for an EVR rental, you should look at paying cash for it and not points, especially if you are a family due to the pricing model where you could stay for an entire week for a few hundred dollars.

Our Take

If you use Wyndham properties for the odd night when traveling or away on business, or are able to piggyback free nights at a higher end property, this promo could be quite lucrative. If you're otherwise looking for an extended family vacation, you might be better suited renting through their timeshare properties.
