Looking for an opportunity to stock up on Wyndham Rewards points? Wyndham Rewards members can book a 3-night vacation package for as little as $199 while earning up to 60,000 bonus points — but there's a catch. You'll need to sit through a timeshare presentation to earn the bonus points.

Here are the details of this Wyndham timeshare promotion and how to take advantage of it.

What Are Wyndham Timeshares and Where Are They Located?

For the unfamiliar, Wyndham Timeshares are properties at Wyndham Resorts that travelers can purchase an ownership stake in, with a segment of time at that property allocated to each owner. There are currently over 240 Wyndham Resorts timeshare properties

Wyndham Timeshare Promotion: Book a 3-Night Stay From $199, Earn up to 60K Bonus Points

Wyndham is currently running a timeshare promotion that lets you book a three- or four-night stay at select timeshares for as little as $199. Normally, the retail value of these packages ranges from $687 to $1,887, so you're saving quite a bit by agreeing to attend a timeshare presentation.

Beyond the discounted stay, you can also earn up to 60,000 bonus Wyndham Rewards points — valued at over $720 based on AwardWallet user redemptions — depending on the property you book.

Among the various timeshare promotions Wyndham is currently running, the most lucrative offer requires booking by phone through a Vacation Specialist. You can reserve a three-night stay for as low as $249 and earn 60,000 Wyndham Rewards points (issued as a certificate, redeemable within 90 days of earning).

This offer is valid properties in Florida, South Carolina, Texas, and more, though Hawaii and other high-end destinations are excluded. There’s no official “book by” date, but once you purchase the package, you’ll have 12 months to travel.

If you’re looking for an even cheaper getaway, you can opt for one of Wyndham’s other offers, starting at $199 for three nights. These stays earn between 15,000 and 30,000 points and are available at a wider range of destinations. While the bonus point amount isn’t as high, the upfront savings may make these deals more appealing.

Here are a few of your options:

  • Orlando, FL: Stay three nights at the Wyndham Garden – Disney Springs/Lake Buena Vista for $199 and earn 30,000 points.
  • Anaheim, CA: Stay three nights at the Peacock Suites, Delta by Marriott Anaheim or a comparable local hotel for $249 and earn 15,000 points.
  • Waikiki, HI: Stay four nights at the Holiday Inn Express – Waikiki, Waikiki Malia or a comparable local hotel for $699 and earn 15,000 points.

  • Both owners and non-owners must meet minimum financial requirements, although these aren't explicitly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
  • General eligibility requirements include fluency in English, non-intoxication during the presentation, and the presence of a valid ID and credit card.

Our Take

Not everyone wants to endure a two-hour sales pitch (which might last longer than two hours) on vacation. However, booking a cheap stay to earn up to 60,000 Wyndham points might be worth the hassle.

If you meet the requirements and are willing to listen to the presentation, the Wyndham timeshare promotion for up to 60,000 bonus points is pretty nice. Some Wyndham Rewards members won't meet the eligibility requirements for the timeshare presentation. However, getting several thousand bonus points and paying as little as $199 for a three-night stay is a tempting incentive.

Remember that regular Wyndham promotions can offer even more bonus points. If the idea of a hard sell during your vacation is unappetizing, it might be worth waiting for a good one of those instead.
