The promotion runs through June 15, 2018, and can be especially valuable if you are going to take advantage of the monthly Flying Blue Promo Awards.

Flying Blue 25 Percent Membership Rewards Bonus June 2018

Key Terms

  • The promo is valid through June 15, 2018
  • Receive 1,250 Flying Blue miles for every 1,000 Membership Rewards points transferred

There is no limit on the amount of points that can be transferred, and the bonus is hard coded into the transfer ratio.

Our Take

If you were looking to transfer some points for a specific redemption, then this promo is very timely — check out some Air France/KLM Sweet Spots. Transferring points speculatively just to benefit from the bonus is not recommended. It is worthwhile to check out the Flying Blue Promo Awards and see if there are any redemptions you like. Since the promo runs through June, make sure to bookmark the Flying Blue Promo Awards page and check back at the beginning of June. If you then see an interesting redemption, you’ll still have ample time to make the transfer and benefit from the bonus.

Good offer but AF has personal often in strike lately and the award flights will be changed soon.
    Let’s see what happen.

I welcome offers to use my Membership Rewards points, as the usual options aren’t very exciting. But, I think I’ll keep waiting.

Too bad this didn’t come a bit earlier — would have saved some MR points for a KLM redemption a few weeks ago!

AF in turmoil for now, so I’ll wait.

I read an article about that too where AF is losing significant amounts of money due to labor issues. That’s definitely a wise tip.

Too bad AF’s promo awards are just terrible.
Otherwise this would have been a great opportunity to transfer points.

Timely promo, but I wouldn’t do this without an immediate booking in mind. I was just reading yesterday that Jean-Marc Janaillac, CEO of Air France-KLM, announced his resignation on Friday, and the French economy minister claims state will not rescue AF if union walkouts continue to damage the company.
