As an added carrot to this offer, Capital One is giving Savor-branded cardholders 8% cash back on a suite of entertainment purchases. That includes Capital One Entertainment transactions when tickets are bought directly through its ticketing platform.
Note, however, that this doesn’t apply to purchases made through the cardholder-exclusive pre-sales page, Capital One Hall or Capital One Arena ticketing services, or Capital One Dining. Plus, this earning rate is now a permanent benefit on cards like the Capital One Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card or Capital One Savor Student Cash Rewards Credit Card.

There's no cap on the miles or cash back you can earn on Capital One Entertainment tickets and reservations. And you don't have to enroll or register for these elevated earnings either.
What is Capital One Entertainment?
For the unfamiliar, Capital One Entertainment offers Capital One cardholders access to unique events, such as exclusive guided trips, wine tastings, Major League Baseball games, and more. You name it, Capital One likely offers it.
On most occasions, the prices Capital One charges for tickets or events are similar to what you'll find by booking directly with a sports team or a venue. However, it's worth cost comparing before you book tickets to ensure you're getting the best deal — despite the bonus miles.
