Preferred Hotels has a great loyalty program that often flies under the radar, and it’s running a couple of worthwhile promotions right now.
I Prefer members can currently earn a $50 Reward Certificate for each two-night stay at a new property (up to $250 in certificates), 2,500 bonus points on stays at newly added properties, and unlock savings of up to 30% on paid rates.

I Prefer Program Overview
I Prefer is the loyalty program of Preferred Travel Group, the world's largest independent hotel brand. Unlike most major hotel chains, Preferred Hotels & Resorts doesn’t create brands and manage properties; instead, it partners with over 650 independent upscale and luxury hotels across 80 countries.
The portfolio includes boutique city hotels, beachfront resorts, and countryside retreats, with a strong presence in the United States and Europe.
The I Prefer program allows members to earn points on eligible stays, which can be redeemed for free nights, room upgrades, and other perks. Members start with “Silver” status and earn 10 points per dollar spent at most properties. Travelers can earn Gold or Titanium status to unlock higher earning rates and additional benefits such as welcome amenities, enhanced upgrades, and food and beverage vouchers.
I Prefer points do not expire as long as members stay at a participating property at least once every 24 months.

Earn a $50 Reward Certificate For Each New Hotel Stay
This I Prefer promotion offers a $50 Reward Certificate for each new stay between May 5 and August 31, 2026. You'll need to register for the offer after logging in to your account, and you can take advantage of it up to five times for a total of up to $250 in Reward Certificates.
Eligible stays must be at least two nights, and each qualifying stay must be at a different property. In other words, you can't repeatedly stay at the same hotel and earn multiple certificates.
Certificates will be issued within a week of checkout and will expire on December 31, 2026. So, you'll want to start thinking about how to use them shortly after earning them.
Earn 2,500 Bonus Points at New Preferred Hotels Properties
I Prefer members can earn bonus points when staying at newly-added I Prefer hotels.
To take advantage of this offer, book an eligible stay at a participating property by June 30, 2026, and complete your stay by September 30, 2026. You’ll earn 2,500 bonus points per stay, though the minimum length of stay varies by hotel. No registration is required.

Blackout dates apply to both offers, and it can be tricky to find dates where either discount is available.
