Southwest Vacations Semi-Annual Sale: Up to $500 Off Eligible Vacation Packages

Southwest Vacations just launched its semi-annual sale, offering up to $500 off eligible vacation packages booked by July 31, 2025. Packages must meet a minimum spend to qualify for the discount. But unfortunately, free checked baggage is no longer included with vacation packages booked after May 28, 2025.

These offers are not limited to Rapid Rewards members. However, it may be worth joining if you are not already a member, since members earn extra points on packages. Here are the details for the current promotions.

What Is Southwest Vacations?

Southwest Vacations is Southwest Airlines' vacation package platform. Travelers can bundle flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, often with significant savings. Rapid Rewards members earn points on the flight portion of their package, along with bonus points from select brands.

Booking through Southwest Vacations at certain resorts may also come with added perks like complimentary meals, entertainment, and on-site activities. One major perk used to be free checked bags, but as of May 28, 2025, Southwest now charges baggage fees on vacation packages.

Save Up to $500 on Packages With These Southwest Vacations Promo Codes

Southwest Vacations regularly offers sweet deals on vacation packages to a variety of destinations. The latest semi-annual sale includes up to $125 off packages within the U.S., or up to $500 off trips to Hawaii or international destinations.

Unlike recent promotions, this one is valid for all destinations offered through Southwest Vacations. The amount you save depends on where you're headed.

To qualify, you must book an eligible package using the correct promo code by July 31, 2025. The discount code is applied automatically at checkout. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2025.

For U.S. destinations, use promo code ALLDESTINATION125 for the following discounts:

• $75 off packages priced between $500 and $999
• $100 off packages priced between $1,000 and $1,499
• $125 off packages priced at $1,500 or more

For Hawaii and international destinations, use promo code ALLDESTINATION500 for:

• $300 off packages priced between $500 and $999
• $400 off packages priced between $1,000 and $1,499
• $500 off packages priced at $1,500 or more

As usual, a hotel stay is required for the entire length of the package to qualify for these discounts.

Travelers who spent at least $750 on a Southwest Vacations package to Las Vegas by June 9 saved $100 with promo code SAVEONVEGAS100. Beyond the minimum spend threshold, no minimum vacation length was required. Travelers must complete their trip by December 31, 2025.

Save $200 on vacation packages to Mexico

This Southwest Vacations promotion instantly offered $200 off packages to Mexico with five or more nights if booked by June 9. This offer didn't require a promo code or minimum spend threshold. Travelers who booked this package must now travel by December 31, 2025.

Save $50 at Riu Hotels & Resorts

Travelers who booked a Southwest Vacations package of five or more nights at a Riu Hotel & Resort property by June 9 instantly saved $50. They must now complete their travels by December 31, 2025.

Up to $350 eligible packages with a Hyatt Inclusive Collection stay

Travelers who booked a vacation package including a Hyatt Inclusive Collection by May 5 using promo code INCLUSIVE150 saved $150 off packages valued at $1,500 or more. Any such packages must now be completed by December 31, 2025.

Furthermore, packages with a stay of four or more consecutive nights at select adult-only Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties received an additional $200 discount. No promo code was required for this offer. Travelers must have booked by April 30 with travel dates through September 30, 2025.

$100 off eligible packages to Las Vegas

Travelers who booked a Southwest Vacations package to Las Vegas valued at over $750 by May 5 with promo code SUMMERVEGAS100 saved $100. All such packages must be completed by December 31, 2025. No minimum stay length was required, but the length of the stay must have matched the full length of the vacation package.

Save up to $250 on eligible vacation packages

The Southwest Vacations semi-annual sale ran from March 11 to April 7, 2025. During this promotion, members could save up to $250 off vacation packages to all Southwest Vacations destinations. Two promo codes were available: one to save up to $125 off packages within the U.S. and one to save up to $250 off international packages.

Members who booked eligible packages must now travel by November 1, 2025.

$200 off packages to Hawaii and Mexico

Travelers who booked a vacation package valued at $1,500 or more to Hawaii or Mexico with the applicable promo code by March 10, 2025, saved $200 with promo code HAWAIIANISLANDS200 for packages to Hawaii and promo code MEXICOBOUND200 for packages to Mexico. If you booked such a package, complete your vacation by November 1, 2025.

$200 off packages that include a 4-night Hyatt Inclusive Collection Stay

Travelers had until February 27 to book and save $200 off packages that included a 4-night stay at participating Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties, with kids staying free at select resorts. No promo code was required for this offer—the discount was applied automatically when booked through this link. Travelers who booked by February 27, 2025, have until November 1, 2025, to complete their travels.

Up to $500 off select packages to Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean

Southwest released two promo codes that saved travelers up to $500 on eligible vacation package bookings. One promo code knocked up to $500 off packages to Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean. The other package saved travelers up to $250 on packages to the U.S. Travelers who booked a package with these promo codes by February 10 have until October 1, 2025, to complete their travels.

$100 off all packages over $750

Southwest Vacations offered a New Year's promotion, letting travelers save $100 off eligible vacation packages. If you booked an eligible package over $750 by January 6, 2025, you have until October 1, 2025, to complete your travels.

The Southwest Vacations Black Friday promotions offered travelers up to $500 off packages booked by December 9, 2024. Travelers who booked these packages with discount code BFDEAL500 or BFDEAL250 must travel by August 4, 2025.
