Airline shopping portal promotions are a great way to earn extra miles for your next flight. Alaska is the final airline to launch a shopping portal promotion this month. With the three current offers, travelers can earn a combined 3,500 bonus miles on eligible purchases.

Bonuses from airline shopping portals come in addition to the rewards you will earn through the shopping portals and from making purchases with a rewards-earning credit card. That means you can triple-dip on rewards with your online purchases.

Here are all the details on these limited-time promotions.

Current Airline Shopping Portal Promotions

Alaska just joined United and Southwest with individual shopping portal promotions, while the American Airlines and Delta offers this month have already ended. After reaching the spending threshold in all three shopping portals, members will earn 3,500 bonus miles.

The Alaska offer has one tier for 500 bonus miles, while the United and Southwest offers have two spending tiers offering bonus points. All three promotions have different end dates. Sadly, this month does not feature any of the three-tier offers with better rewards that we often see.

United MileagePlus Shopping portal promotion

United MileagePlus members can earn up to 1,000 bonus miles on eligible spending in the United MileagePlus Shopping portal through June 15, 2025.

  • 500 bonus miles after spending $200 (up to 2.5X bonus rewards)
  • 1,000 bonus miles after spending $400 (up to 2.5X bonus rewards)

Southwest Rapid Rewards Shopping portal promotion

Rapid Rewards members can earn up to 2,000 bonus points on eligible spending in the Southwest Rapid Rewards Shopping portal through June 16, 2025.

  • 500 bonus points after spending $100 (up to 5X bonus rewards)
  • 2,000 bonus points after spending $300 (up to 6.7X bonus rewards)

Alaska MileagePlan Shopping portal promotion

This offer has only one tier, offering up to 2.5X bonus rewards. Through June 20, 2025, MileagePlan members can earn 500 bonus miles with at least $200 in eligible spending through the Alaska MileagePlan Shopping portal.

Key terms and conditions

  • The United promotion ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 15, 2025, followed by Southwest on June 16, and Alaska on June 20.
  • Qualifying purchases exclude returns, cancellations, shipping, taxes, gift cards, and certain ineligible products.
  • Allow up to 10 weeks after the promotion ends for bonus miles to post.
  • Purchases are cumulative; you don’t need to reach the spending threshold in one transaction or on a single day.
  • Bonus miles from American AAdvantage portal promotions won't count as Loyalty Points toward status. However, the base earnings will net Loyalty Points.

Our Take

Most months, two or three of the five major U.S. airline shopping portals offer bonus miles when reaching a minimum spend threshold. This month, all five airlines have launched shopping portal promotions, although two have already ended. The newest offer is from Alaska and runs through June 20.

If you only choose one airline, Southwest is giving the best rewards. This month, you have a rare opportunity to earn up to 6.7X rewards on eligible spending. Otherwise, you can maximize all three promotions to earn 3,500 bonus miles this month.

We recommend checking sites like Cashback Monitor to compare portal bonuses to ensure you get the best earning rate on your purchase. Perhaps you're better off earning Amex points through Rakuten and then transferring those points to score domestic flights from 3,000 Amex points. But no matter which shopping portal you use, be sure to use a credit card optimized for online shopping or everyday purchases to further juice your rewards.
