The terms and conditions suggest it takes up to 48 hours for the points to show up in your JetBlue account, but they'll likely appear instantly.

Ways to Maximize This Amex-JetBlue Transfer Bonus
JetBlue TrueBlue is a revenue-based program. What's great about it is that you can redeem points for virtually any seat on a flight, should one be available. The downside is that the number of points required fluctuates with the cash cost of the ticket.
Based on thousands of AwardWallet user redemptions, your JetBlue points are worth approximately 1.24¢ each. In other words, you'll get marginally okay value on a cent-per-point basis, but it's far from what users typically redeem Amex points for — which averages around 2¢ apiece.

JetBlue lets you book these flights for 44,900 points in economy or 90,000 points for Qatar’s famous Qsuite. With the 10% transfer bonus, that drops to roughly 41,000 and 82,000 Amex points, respectively.
That said, you can often book the same flights for fewer points through other Amex partners. For example, booking Qsuite directly through Qatar Airways Privilege Club costs 70,000 Avios, which is still cheaper than going through JetBlue, even with the transfer bonus.
Because of that, transferring to JetBlue tends to make the most sense if you already have some TrueBlue points and just need to top off your account for a specific redemption.
