Yes. You need to make sure you charge something during that stay to a Visa card to qualify however — mini bar?

I wonder if they’ll actually track whether the stay was booked using the app. Wouldn’t be shocked if the 5K points post if you just register and make a Hilton charge to the Visa, but of course, best to be safe if you want to be sure you get the points.
If only I needed a hotel. My wife is a travel agent so we get deals through her more often than not which makes the points sort of irrelevant when compared to what she can book for. Oh well!

Thanks for specifying that it will apply to existing bookings. I had already rebooked two stays in the app for the Triple Up Promotion, and got lucky that I was able to get the same rate. Managed to score almost 10,000 points for one night at a Hampton Inn and Suites with my Diamond Status. Looks like one night at an Embassy Suites will get me almost 15K.
Another great way to collect HH points. Combine and use these extra bonus points and a little cash and you have enough for one nights stay at most Hilton properties!
