What Is Vacations by Marriott?
If you're unfamiliar with it, Vacations by Marriott is an Expedia-powered platform to book vacation packages with flights and stays at Marriott properties. Rolling all your trip elements into one saves you the time of booking hotels and flights separately. Plus, you'll earn Marriott points on your entire package.
Many airlines and hotel chains offer vacation package booking platforms, such as Alaska Vacations, Delta Vacations, Southwest Vacations, and Hilton Getaways. These platforms are relatively similar, allowing you to save time by booking an entire vacation package, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, activities, and more.
Whether you book a vacation package through one of these booking platforms or which one you choose is an individual decision. Regardless of your choice, ensure you use the best travel rewards card to maximize your rewards on your spending.
Earn 25,000 Bonus Points on 4+ Night Vacation Packages Worldwide
The newest Vacations by Marriott promotion offers 25,000 bonus points on all-inclusive resort stays of four nights or more. Packages must include flights and be booked by February 28, 2026. The travel window runs from February 1 through September 30, 2026.
Registration isn’t required, but you’ll need to be a Marriott Bonvoy member to earn the bonus points. Thankfully, the program is free to join.
Example booking
Eligible packages can be booked at any Marriott property participating in Vacations by Marriott. Packages must include at least four nights plus airfare, while car rentals and excursions are optional.
For example, a four-night stay for two in Cancun can cost as little as $681 per traveler, including round-trip flights from Miami. This booking would earn 25,000 bonus points (worth roughly $230 in rewards), on top of the base points you’d already earn.
Note that when browsing featured bookings for this promotion, many packages include only three-night stays. These won’t qualify for the bonus. Only vacation packages with stays of four or more nights are eligible to earn the 25,000 bonus points.
Promotion terms and conditions
- Book your package between February 1 and February 28, 2026.
- Travel between February 1 and September 30, 2026.
- Earn 25,000 bonus points with an eligible package.
- Vacation packages must include at least four consecutive nights at any participating Marriott property worldwide.
- Marriott Bonvoy members will receive the bonus points within 1-2 weeks after the checkout date.

Vacations by Marriott’s first promotion of 2026 ran from January 1 through January 31, 2026. Bonvoy members could earn 20,000 bonus points when booking an eligible vacation package that included flights and at least four nights at any participating destination worldwide. Eligible travel dates run through May 31, 2026.
Earn 25k bonus points with 4+ night all-inclusive vacation packages
In October 2025, Marriott Bonvoy members could earn 25,000 bonus points when booking an eligible vacation package with flights and four more nights at an all-inclusive resort. Members must have booked by October 31, 2025, and must complete the vacation by March 31, 2026.
Earn 20k bonus points with 5+ night vacation packages worldwide
The September Vacations by Marriott promotion offered Bonvoy members 20,000 bonus points with an eligible vacation package that included flights and five or more nights worldwide. Members must have booked by September 30 and must now complete the vacation by March 31, 2026.
Our Take
Vacations by Marriott continues to launch one rewarding promotion after another. The current offer awards 25,000 bonus points on stays at participating all-inclusive properties when booking packages of four or more nights.
Vacations by Marriott packages are pretty lucrative offers if you prefer to bundle all your trip elements into one. If you don't prefer to travel that way, no worries; you can also check out other current Marriott promotions to see if any appeal to you more.
In recent AwardWallet user redemptions, Marriott Bonvoy points provided an average value of 0.93¢ each. At this rate, you're essentially getting roughly $230 worth of bonus points back on your Marriott vacation packages. That's in addition to any other savings from booking a hotel and air package or bonus points using a Marriott Bonvoy credit card.
While we always prefer to redeem points and miles for trips, this promotion can earn you a solid amount of bonus Marriott points if you plan to book a paid trip in February 2026 and travel by September 30, 2026.
