Capital One has previously offered a few transfer bonuses to British Airways. The first-ever offer was seemingly the most lucrative, but the Capital One Miles transfer ratio to British Airways was 2:1.5 at the time, not 1:1 like it is today. So, even with the bonus on top, the ratio was only 1:1.
