This represents an 18.5% increase on the current cost of a lounge visit of $27. That said, this, in theory, is a non-issue for many people. This is only an issue if you exceed the complimentary guest benefit of your card.

Certificates issued as of May 1, 2018, can only be redeemed at properties that have standard award nights priced at 40,000 points or less.
