How To Earn Avios on an Airbnb Booking
Making an Airbnb booking that is eligible to earn Avios is easy:
- Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser.
- Head over to the Airbnb affiliate page and enter your BA Executive Club number.
- You'll be taken to the Airbnb site, where you can search for accommodation and make your booking.
Avios Transfer Partners
In addition to earning Avios from Airbnb stays, you can top off your British Airways Executive Club account by transferring points from multiple transfer partners.

Yes, @Matias, it’s the cookie that carries the info that tells AirBnB that you came from the British Airways site, distinguishing you from a standard customer that goes right to AirBnB directly. That way, BA gets credit for referring you to AirBnB and then we essentially get our portion of that credit as well. Without the cookie, block the cookie, and there will be no communication between the sites and parties.
BA points are great for short haul flights in the US: high dollar costs and low taxes!
I have always used the Delta partnership to book Air BnB but I should think about this possibility. Avios are probably more useful than Skymiles. I will likely have a fairly expensive AirBnB stay for work over Christmas and New Years this year (in a town that has very limited hotels, so no option but AirBnB) so that stay might be the perfect time to make the switch from Delta and maximize the Avios earning.

Love a further opportunity to earn more Avios. They are a currency that’s underrated and under utilised by many, While it’s always great to be able to earn additional miles/points in any currency, it’s not enough to convince me it’s worth bothering with AirBnb!

There are no geographic limitations listed in the terms and conditions (https://www.britishairways.com/en-us/executive-club/collecting-avios/hotels/airbnb). So, I would assume all Airbnb/Executive Club members would be eligible.
