World of Hyatt is a fantastic awards program with great redemption rates, valuable elite status levels, and now 35 different brands. Some of the newest Hyatt offerings are its all-inclusive resort portfolio. Through partnerships with brands like Dreams, Secrets, Zoetry, Miraval, and Mr & Mrs Smith, Hyatt offers a range of all-inclusive options. And the best part? They're bookable with Hyatt points!
Let's take a look at some of the best Hyatt all-inclusive resorts you can book with your Hyatt points.

Hyatt All-Inclusive Resorts Award Chart
Hyatt has a standard points redemption chart for most properties. The chart is broken into eight categories (1-8) and uses a peak and off-peak pricing model. At off-peak times, you can find point redemptions as low as 3,500 points per night with category 1 hotels.
However, Hyatt uses a separate award chart for its all-inclusive properties. Booking a free night at Hyatt all-inclusive resorts starts as low as just 12,000 points for Category A properties and go as high as 58,000 points per night at Category F properties during peak dates. These rates are for single or double occupancy and increase for additional guests.
Category | Off-Peak | Standard | Peak |
---|---|---|---|
A | 12,000 | 15,000 | 18,000 |
B | 17,000 | 20,000 | 23,000 |
C | 21,000 | 25,000 | 29,000 |
D | 25,000 | 30,000 | 35,000 |
E | 35,000 | 40,000 | 45,000 |
F | 42,000 | 50,000 | 58,000 |
Note that a few of Hyatt's all-inclusive resorts set their own award rates (more on that below).

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall
The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall resort is an outstanding adults-only all-inclusive choice in Jamaica. It is located in Montego Bay, a 10-15 minute drive from Sangster International Airport. (MBJ) This resort is a Hyatt Category E, so expect to pay between 35,000 and 45,000 points per night for your stay. It is next to its sister hotel, the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, which provides access to more activities and is open to all ages.
This property has 12 restaurants and four bars, so you have plenty of options for food and drink — all complimentary with your stay. They also have a full-service spa to pamper you further once you're there.

Many room options are available, from standard rooms to complete suites. Some rooms include swim-up pools, and there is even a butler suite option, giving you your own butler for your stay!

Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa
Look to the Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa for a beautiful Mediterranean stay. This stunning property on the Greek island of Corfu is classified as Category C hotel, which means a free night will cost anywhere between 21,000 and 29,000 points. The resort is about 20-30 minutes from the Corfu airport (CFU).

The property has five restaurants and eight bars, lounges, and cafes available for your dining pleasure. There is an excellent spa on the property as well. For families, Dreams Corfu offers an Explorer Club for the younger kids, a Core Zone for the teenagers, and a full waterpark during the summer months that everyone can enjoy.
Various room and suite options allow you to have up to four persons per room. They go from standard rooms up to full suites/bungalows with outside private balconies so that you can enjoy viewing the lush gardens next door to the resort. There is plenty of room for you to relax after a day of exploring Corfu!

Zoëtry Mallorca
Another great option in Europe is the Zoëtry Mallorca resort in Spain. It is less than 20 minutes from the Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). This is classified as a Hyatt Category C, so rooms will cost between 21,000 and 29,000 points per night, depending on the time of year.
This location includes five restaurants and bars with lots of delicious local options. It also has a nice spa and includes wellness packages to help you relax during your stay. This resort is close to local natural areas great for hiking and exploring, and is also less than 10 minutes from some great golf courses.

Zoëtry Mallorca offers many room and suite options. Some of these rooms have a private balcony where you can view the natural beauty of the local island.

Miraval Arizona
Hyatt also has several all-inclusive properties in the United States, like the Miraval Arizona. Unlike the other Hyatt all-inclusive resorts on this list, Mirval resorts have their own award chart. Standard rooms at the Miraval Arizona range from 58,000 points to 72,000 points per night — much higher rates than those of the other Hyatt all-inclusive options.

Room options include one, two, and three-bedroom options. In addition to these room options, a studio room is available. This resort focuses on sustainability and wellness opportunities. It does offer several activities such as hiking, yoga, and immersion techniques. Their food options are gourmet and fresh to help you on your wellness journey.

Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica
Costa Rica is home to some excellent Hyatt properties, including an all-inclusive resort: Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica. I stayed at the Secrets Papagayo at the end of 2024. The resort is about 30 minutes from the Liberia International Airport (LIR). This resort is a Hyatt Category D hotel, so a standard room will run you between 25,000 and 35,000 points per night.
This property has many different room options. We opted for a bungalow room with an ocean view. It was a lovely private room that stayed cool even in the tropical climate. Also, we had very few bug bites, which is not the case if you go further inland into the tropical environment.

The resort has five restaurants onsite. The food was delicious, including an excellent Italian restaurant. There were many activities to sign up for at the resort, such as snorkeling and canoeing, and they had lots of excursions available to select from. My wife did a spa treatment there and said it was one of the best she had ever had.
Throughout the stay, the service was superb. The staff always asked my wife and me what they could do to enhance our stay. They even overheard a conversation between my wife and another lady about a bag my wife liked, and brought one to her as a surprise, free of charge. We're looking forward to going back to this resort.
