Flying Blue is the loyalty program for Air France, KLM, and a few smaller airlines. Each month, its Promo Rewards offer 25% off select award flights operated by Air France and KLM. These discounts can apply to economy, premium economy, or business class, depending on the route.

For June 2025, travelers can book flights from eight North American cities to Europe starting at just 18,750 miles each way in economy. The current booking window runs through the end of November 2025, allowing travelers to plan a trip or two up to six months in advance for a discounted rate.

Here's a look at the newest Flying Blue Promo Rewards and how to maximize them for cheap award travel.

Flying Blue Promo Rewards Routes for June 2025

Each month, Flying Blue discounts select economy, premium economy, and/or business class awards. For bookings in June 2025, the following eight North American cities are discounted:

AirportCabinDiscounted Price (Per-Way)
Cancun (CUN)Economy18,750 Flying Blue Miles
Denver (DEN)Economy18,750 Flying Blue Miles
Las Vegas (LAS)Economy18,750 Flying Blue Miles
Montreal (YUL)Economy18,750 Flying Blue Miles

Orlando (MCO)Economy18,750 Flying Blue Miles
San Diego (SAN)Economy18,750 Flying Blue Miles
Ottawa (YOW)Business45,000 Flying Blue Miles

But if you head a bit farther south, there are a few additional Flying Blue Promo Rewards routes. This month, you can book business class awards from San Jose, Costa Rica, starting at 63,750 miles. It’s a solid deal if you live in Costa Rica or are willing to book a positioning flight to enjoy a longer transatlantic crossing. And if you’re down to fly economy, Bonaire and Aruba are also available for 22,500 miles.

New Flying Blue Promo Rewards Award Pricing

In late 2023, Flying Blue standardized award rates between the U.S. and Europe, but then devalued these “starting at” prices in January 2025. Now, all routes start at 25,000 Flying Blue miles in economy, 40,000 in premium economy, or 60,000 in business class. That means a 25% discount reduces award rates between North America and Europe as low as:

  • 18,750 miles each way in economy.
  • 30,000 miles each way in premium economy.
  • 45,000 miles each way in business class — or 63,750 miles if you fly from parts of the Caribbean and Central America

Example Flying Blue Promo Rewards Awards

Throughout this month's booking window, availability is generally good for flights between North America and Europe, in all eligible classes. Here are some examples of the Flying Blue Promo Rewards you can book during June for travel through November of this year:

Economy between North America and Europe for 18,750 miles

Flying Blue's cheapest Promo Rewards from North America to Europe are a bargain. And there's plenty of availability, too, starting at 18,750 miles. For instance, here's what the Flying Blue award calendar shows as available between Denver (DEN) and Paris (CDG) this October:

If you want to fly further, you can do that too. Flying Blue will allow you to add a connection within Europe (and as far as Turkey) for no extra mileage cost. For example, you could fly an itinerary like Denver to Madrid, Spain, via Paris for just 18,750 miles plus taxes and fees.

Business class between Montreal and Europe for 45,000 miles

Nowadays, it's not very common to find discounts on Flying Blue business-class awards. But for this month, you can book awards between Ottawa (YOW) and Europe for as little as 45,000 miles plus taxes and fees.

However, there isn't an overwhelming amount of availability, so you'll want to act quickly if you find something that works for you.

Our Take

Flying Blue Promo Rewards offer a great opportunity to stretch your points and miles. The list of destinations available in June is solid, and there's fantastic award availability — even during the summer.

But if this deal piques your interest, you can book discounted awards through November 30, 2025, as long as you make your reservation by June 30, 2025. Travel between North America and Europe is available most months for as low as 18,750 miles in economy. And it can cost even less if you're able to take advantage of an ongoing transfer bonus.

Since Flying Blue is a transfer partner of all major transferable points programs, you can redeem for discounted awards no matter which points you collect. If there's no Promo Reward available from your airport, Flying Blue still offers several sweet spots outside of these monthly discounts.
